4. Operating Principle
After power-on, the UCD240A101 automatically completes hardware self-inspection, system initialization, parameter loading and bus calibration. It synchronously samples generator terminal voltage, stator current, rotor excitation current, grid frequency and reactive load data, and compares real-time operating values with preset thresholds for high-speed arithmetic.
The module automatically switches regulation modes according to unit conditions: building stable terminal voltage before grid connection, maintaining constant voltage and balanced reactive power distribution after grid connection, and dynamically adjusting excitation output during load fluctuation to suppress system oscillation. Calculated excitation commands are transmitted to pulse trigger units to adjust rectifier conduction angle and rotor excitation current, realizing closed-loop stable control of generator voltage and reactive power.
