Product Type: Power Distribution System Feedback I/O PackCompatible Baseplate: JPDS, JPDM power terminal board, supports up to 6 groups of JPDX PDM power distribution module feedback signal acquisition.
Product Positioning
This module is the core power condition monitoring component of Mark VIe gas/steam turbine control system. It collects operating data of multiple DC distribution branches in the control cabinet, monitors bus voltage, branch overcurrent, ground fault, power undervoltage and online status of power modules in real time. Via dual redundant IONet Ethernet, fault information and operating parameters are uploaded to the main controller and upper monitoring system. The module only implements fault monitoring and alarm uploading without direct protective tripping output, which can pre-judge hidden power supply risks and avoid unit runaway or unplanned shutdown caused by control power failure, widely used in thermal power, petrochemical and other industrial turbine control system maintenance and technical renovation projects.

IV. Working Principle
After 28VDC power-on and hardware self-test, the module completes network registration and address configuration with the Mark VIe main controller via IONet. It cyclically collects and processes multi-channel power distribution feedback signals, uploads real-time operating data, and latches fault information once ground fault, undervoltage or offline module abnormality is detected, triggering local and remote alarms. Dual Ethernet links monitor each other and switch hotly to guarantee data transmission reliability; fault status can be cleared by software reset or power cycle after troubleshooting.
