IV. Working Principle
After power-on self-test and bus communication handshake, the board enters periodic signal acquisition operation. Field analog signals are conditioned, filtered and isolated and uploaded to the I/O Pack controller via the IONet backplane bus; discrete contact signals are de-bounced and opto-isolated for status sampling and SOE timestamp recording. The main control interlock instruction drives the on-board relay to actuate field safety execution devices. Each channel is equipped with real-time fault monitoring circuit to cut off abnormal loop output and latch alarm information once overload or short circuit occurs. The conformal coating continuously protects the PCB circuit from harsh environmental erosion to guarantee long-term stable signal transmission.
