Featuring excellent linearity, wide-temperature stability and high EMC immunity, same-series probe, extension cable and proximitor are interchangeable without additional laboratory calibration. Hardware Architecture

Consisting of four core functional units: high-frequency induction coil detection unit, high-temperature hermetic protection unit, armored double-shielded signal transmission unit and factory calibrated impedance matching unit. IV. Working Principle


The proximitor transmits high-frequency alternating excitation current to the internal coil of the armored probe, generating alternating magnetic field which induces closed eddy current loop on the surface of the measured metal target. The equivalent impedance of the coil changes linearly with the clearance between probe tip and metal surface, and the proximitor converts impedance variation into standardized negative DC voltage signal and transmits it to the 3500 monitoring module. Vibration and axial displacement cause real-time clearance fluctuation and voltage change, which is converted into physical displacement parameters for data trending, threshold alarm and safety interlock. With factory precise calibration, inner double shielding and outer stainless steel armor protection, the sensor maintains long-term stable measuring performance against high temperature, oil contamination, mechanical damage and electromagnetic interference, specially optimized for complicated and hazardous industrial measuring points.
