4. Operating Principle

After power-on self-inspection and initialization, the Johnson MS-NAE5510-2 controller establishes the core network of Metasys BMS. It collects real-time operating data of HVAC, electromechanical, lighting and water supply equipment through multi-channel communication interfaces. All acquired data is filtered, calculated and stored by the internal processor.


The controller executes automatic equipment start-stop, working condition adjustment and interlock protection according to built-in control logic, maintaining independent system operation when the external network is disconnected.
