4. Operating Principle
The CPCI-AC-6U-500 power module operates based on wide-range AC rectification PFC correction, high-frequency inverter voltage regulation, multi-channel isolated output, intelligent fault protection and redundant current sharing scheduling. After AC power input, the filter and active PFC circuit optimize grid waveform and convert AC to stable DC bus voltage, adapting to wide mains fluctuation.
The bus voltage undergoes high-frequency inversion, isolated transformation and precision rectification to output four-channel regulated DC power, matching the power demand of CPCI SBC and I/O modules. In parallel operation, the built-in current sharing circuit automatically distributes load current. Faulty modules offline automatically while remaining modules undertake load seamlessly to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
