If necessary, contact professional personnel to repair the communication circuit of the module.
Power Supply Fault Fault Manifestation: The module cannot be powered on, or it suddenly loses power during operation. Solutions: Check whether the input power supply voltage is within the specified range and whether the power supply line is properly connected; If the power input is normal, it may be a fault in the internal power circuit, such as a damaged power chip or a blown fuse. Professional personnel are required to repair or replace the components.
Abnormal I/O Signals Fault Manifestation: The input signals cannot be correctly read, or the output signals cannot control external devices as expected, with situations such as signal loss, errors, or instability. Solutions: Check whether the I/O connection cables are correctly and firmly connected, and whether there is any damage or open circuit; Confirm whether the signal parameters of external devices match the input and output specifications of the module; Test and calibrate the I/O signals. Overheating Problem Fault Manifestation: The temperature is too high during operation, which may trigger the overheating protection, resulting in a decline in performance or system instability. Solutions: Check whether the installation environment has good ventilation and clean the dust and debris on the surface of the module and the heat dissipation channels; Avoid the module running under high load for a long time. If the heat dissipation is normal but it is still overheating, it may be a problem with the internal heat dissipation system or components, and professional personnel need to be contacted for inspection and repair.
