4. Operating Principle
The YHC5150X connects to the 4~20mA HART instrument loop to obtain power and digital signals. After power-on initialization, it automatically identifies HART devices in the loop and reads original DD files through native direct parsing technology, accurately resolving device models, parameter lists and diagnostic information without conversion.
Operators can complete range modification, zero calibration, configuration editing, fault code reading and alarm reset via touch screen and keyboard. The communicator sends control commands and returns real-time device operating data to realize bidirectional parameter reading and writing. Operation logs and device data are automatically recorded for local storage and PC export.
The intrinsic safety circuit strictly limits loop voltage, current and power to eliminate ignition risks in hazardous areas. Remote firmware and DD library updates ensure long-term compatibility with new-generation HART smart instruments.
