4. Operating Principle

The TRICONEX 3625A operates based on TMR triple redundant parallel operation, 2-out-of-3 fault-tolerant voting and full-channel intelligent diagnosis. It receives safety interlock commands from the SIS main controller through three completely independent hardware channels, and performs signal analysis, logic judgment and output driving synchronously.
Under normal operating conditions, the three channels output synchronously and verify mutually. The final output state is locked by 2-out-of-3 voting to drive field safety actuators for emergency shutdown and linkage protection.
