Description
GE Multilin UR6DH
GE Multilin UR6UH is a universal relay digital I/O module, mainly used for monitoring and controlling equipment in industrial automation systems.
Overview: UR6UH is designed to provide digital input and output functions for industrial applications, and is a reliable and efficient solution for digital signal management in industrial environments. When installed in a UR unit, it can control and monitor various auxiliary equipment.
Functional Features:
- Plug-and-play design: The module is easy to replace, enabling quick system upgrades and minimizing downtime during system upgrades.
- Digital I/O function: It has digital input and output functions, which can eliminate the need for analog input and output. Compared with traditional analog products, digital data processing is more cost-effective, generates less electrical noise, and ensures smoother system functions.
- Flexible configuration: The module processes can be configured through EnerVista UR software or manually via a keyboard and LCD.
- Strong expandability: It is compatible with other UR series modules, facilitating flexible expansion of system functions according to needs.
- High reliability: It uses high-quality electronic components to ensure long-term stable operation and adapt to various complex working conditions in industrial environments.

Technical Parameters:
- Input channels: 4 digital inputs.
- Output channels: 6 type A (unmonitored) outputs.
- Input voltage: 100-240V AC.
- Output voltage: 5-24V DC/AC.
- Current range: 1-10A.
- Communication interfaces: RS485, Modbus.
- Input type: Optically isolated, with logic levels of 0V/5V or 24V/24V.
- Operating temperature: -20℃-70℃.
- Dimensions: Approximately 18 cm (length) x 15 cm (width) x 4 cm (height).
- Weight: 1.15 kg.
Working Principle: UR6UH contains a central processing unit (CPU). The input unit receives various analog or digital signals from the field. The module isolates and converts these signals into logical signals usable by the relay. The CPU processes the signals according to preset logical algorithms, etc., and then the output unit converts and isolates the logical signals generated by the relay into digital or analog signals that can be used to control on-site equipment, thereby realizing the control of the equipment. At the same time, it can communicate with operator interfaces, programming equipment or other UR devices in the local area network through communication interfaces such as RS485.

Application Fields: It is widely used in fields such as industrial automation, power systems, and oil and gas. Specifically, it includes robot control, process control, substation automation, power distribution systems, energy management systems, lighting control, air conditioning management, etc. It can also be used in industries such as mechanical processing, chemical engineering, automobile manufacturing, and electronic equipment manufacturing, as well as scenarios such as equipment monitoring and environmental management in data centers, and automated control in the production of medical equipment.
