V. Precautions
- This module is discontinued with only maintenance services available and no direct sales. For replacement, adopt the official recommended model 125720-02. Verify system compatibility before replacement to avoid integration abnormalities.
- The module must be used with industrial control racks, PLC/DCS systems and actuators and cannot work independently. Confirm rack slot compatibility and interface matching before installation to prevent poor contact caused by improper mounting.
The input power must strictly comply with 24VDC requirements. Unauthorized voltage input is prohibited to avoid internal component damage. Distinguish input and output terminals during wiring and follow standard specifications to ensure secure connection.
- During programming and configuration, set channel logic rules (AND/OR voting) reasonably according to site demands. Verify all configurations after setup to unify relay output with actual control logic and prevent equipment misoperation.
- Keep the operating temperature within -40℃ ~ +85℃. Stay away from high heat sources, frequency converters and high-voltage devices to reduce electromagnetic interference and avoid performance deviation or component failure caused by extreme temperatures.
Regularly check terminal tightness to prevent loose wiring and signal anomalies caused by mechanical vibration. Keep the module surface clean and perform dust cleaning only after power cut to prevent insulation degradation and poor contact. Avoid contact with corrosive substances.
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification of internal circuits is prohibited. All faults shall be inspected and repaired by professional industrial control technicians. Utilize the remote diagnosis function for rapid fault location to prevent fault escalation. For long-term storage, place the module in a dry, dust-free and constant-temperature environment against moisture and dust damage.
- Inspect contact conditions periodically during operation. Repair or replace the module timely in case of contact wear or poor conduction to guarantee reliable relay output and prevent control command failure caused by contact faults.
