ABB 3HS0765-02 is a Japan-originated air bearing high-speed air motor specially used for ABB painting robots, serving as the core driving component of the atomizer at the end of painting robots. Driven by high-pressure compressed air to form an air film suspension bearing, it drives the atomizing disc to rotate at ultra-high speed to achieve uniform paint atomization and high-precision electrostatic spraying operation. Adopting a frictionless air bearing structure, it features ultra-low vibration, stable rotating speed, solvent and corrosion resistance, and long maintenance-free service life. Widely applied in automobile, home appliance, aerospace and other automated coating production lines, it is an original core spare part for robot overhaul, faulty atomization unit replacement and production line technical renovation, and can be compatibly replaced with the model 3HS0765-01.
