IV. Working Principle
After AC power-on and hardware self-test, the module outputs stabilized 24VDC power and initializes all Ethernet ports to complete network handshake with each control device according to preset IP and ring topology. During normal operation, it continuously supplies regulated DC power and forwards industrial Ethernet data with redundant link scheduling. Once overvoltage, short-circuit or link failure is detected, the faulty branch is isolated instantly, fault status is latched and uploaded to the upper monitoring system; normal operation can be restored by power cycle reset after troubleshooting.
