IV. Working Principle
After DC24V power-on and full hardware self-test of power supply, sampling circuit, drive unit and communication port, the module enters normal operating mode. It continuously collects grid frequency and unit analog operating signals, and transmits calibrated data to the main control system after isolation and filtering. Meanwhile, it receives excitation adjustment commands from the upper system, outputs accurate trigger pulses after operation and analysis, and drives the SCR rectifier unit to complete closed-loop adjustment of excitation current, unit voltage and reactive power.
During operation, the module synchronously uploads operating parameters and equipment status through multi-protocol bus. When abnormal conditions such as power failure, signal disconnection and communication fault are detected, it immediately activates hardware protection, latches fault codes, triggers alarms and uploads fault information to avoid unit operation instability.
