Compatibility with Multiple Types of Sensors: Equipped with 2 sensor input channels, which can work independently or in combination. It can cooperate with various common sensors such as eddy current, piezoelectric (accelerometer or velocimeter), seismic (electrodynamic), low-frequency bearing vibration, Hall effect, and LVDT (combined with A6500-LC).
Rich Input and Output Interfaces: There are 5 digital inputs and 6 digital outputs, which can be configured for various control and alarm functions. It is provided with 0/4 - 20mA analog outputs, which are used to transmit signals to external monitoring systems or controllers. The outputs have a common ground and are electrically isolated from the system power supply to prevent interference. It also provides a USB interface for connecting to a PC or laptop, facilitating the configuration of the card and the real-time visualization of measurement results.
Multiple Measurement Functions: It can measure a variety of mechanical health indicators such as absolute shaft vibration, relative shaft vibration, shaft eccentricity, piezoelectric housing vibration, thrust and rod position, differential and housing expansion, valve position, etc.
