It can detect the voltage conversion from the magnetic sensor input device and accumulate it within the selected time window to generate the frequency or RPM and transmit it to the main processor. The pulse count measurement resolution is 1 microsecond. Triple Redundancy Design: It adopts a Triple Module Redundancy (TMR) structure, and the controller, I/O module, and communication are all triplicated. The module includes three isolated input channels, and each channel processes the data independently and passes it to the main processor. The main processor votes on the data to ensure a high level of system reliability and fault tolerance. Fault Detection and Diagnosis: It has a complete fault detection and diagnosis function and provides continuous and comprehensive diagnosis for each channel. A diagnosis failure on any channel will activate the fault indicator, and then activate the chassis alarm signal.
