4. Operating Principle
The Woodward 9905-864 PEAK-150 operates based on dual speed high-select sampling, dual dynamic PID closed-loop regulation, remote setpoint following and overspeed self-test logic. After power-on self-check and parameter loading, the controller enters standby control mode.
During unit operation, it collects dual speed frequency signals, screens valid and stable data through high-select logic, and compares with local or remote speed setpoints. The dual dynamic PID algorithm automatically adjusts parameters according to operating conditions, outputs control signals to the turbine actuator, and adjusts steam intake to realize constant speed closed-loop control, suppressing speed disturbance caused by load mutation and steam pressure fluctuation.
