1. Product Overview


Perske KNS 51.14-2D is a high-frequency precision CNC spindle induction motor manufactured in Germany by Perske, belonging to the KNS series square high-speed milling spindle drive unit. It is specially developed for numerical control engraving, composite material and aluminum high-precision cutting & milling equipment, and matched with hydraulic tool chuck systems.

Equipped with a rigid spindle structure of double precision ball bearings, the fully quenched and ground shaft core achieves micron-level low runout accuracy. Supported by variable frequency wide-speed regulation, it realizes stable continuous operation within the wide speed range of 6000~12000rpm. Adopting vacuum winding impregnation technology and external fan forced air cooling, it reaches IP54 protection grade and is manufactured in strict accordance with German DIN industrial motor standards with excellent vibration and temperature rise control indicators. 2.2 High-frequency Variable Frequency Induction Winding Power Unit

The stator winding adopts vacuum integral impregnation insulation technology with Class F insulation grade, resisting harmonic impact from frequency converters. It adapts to 0~200Hz wide-frequency output of variable frequency drives, delivering stable rated power at different frequencies without high-speed power attenuation. A built-in PTC thermistor temperature measuring probe monitors winding temperature rise in real time, cooperating with the frequency converter to realize overheat shutdown protection and prevent winding burnout caused by high temperature.


2.3 Air Cooling Heat Dissipation & Enclosure Protection Unit

The main body adopts an aluminum alloy die-cast heat dissipation housing with an independent external axial flow fan for forced convection heat dissipation. The terminal box reaches IP55 protection grade and the whole machine IP54. The integrated forming heat dissipation fins on the housing control temperature rise under long-time high-speed cutting conditions and eliminate machining accuracy drift caused by thermal expansion. Strong and weak current wiring areas are physically separated, and the wiring terminals adapt to various specifications of power shielded cables to resist dust and slight moisture erosion.

The square standard flange mounting structure adopts universal equipment installation dimensions, enabling direct replacement of old KNS series spindle motors of the same specification. The integrated compact design weighs 13.5kg with small installation space occupation, suitable for compact CNC processing racks. Positioning pin holes are reserved on the mounting base to guarantee motor coaxiality and reduce vibration during high-speed operation.
