1. Product Overview
Perske KNS 51.14-2D is a high-frequency precision CNC spindle induction motor manufactured in Germany by Perske, belonging to the KNS series square high-speed milling spindle drive unit. It is specially developed for numerical control engraving, composite material and aluminum high-precision cutting & milling equipment, and matched with hydraulic tool chuck systems.
Equipped with a rigid spindle structure of double precision ball bearings, the fully quenched and ground shaft core achieves micron-level low runout accuracy. Supported by variable frequency wide-speed regulation, it realizes stable continuous operation within the wide speed range of 6000~12000rpm. Adopting vacuum winding impregnation technology and external fan forced air cooling, it reaches IP54 protection grade and is manufactured in strict accordance with German DIN industrial motor standards with excellent vibration and temperature rise control indicators. Widely applied to CNC engraving machines, CNC routing machines, plate processing centers and door & window profile milling production lines, it is commonly used for spare replacement of aged spindle motors on woodworking processing equipment and precision upgrading renovation of CNC machining equipment.2.
