IV. Working Principle
After power-on self-test and network time synchronization, the device collects real-time voltage and current analog signals through transformers, converts and calculates electrical parameters, and compares with preset protection settings. Under normal operating conditions, it uploads operating data and executes control commands. When motor faults such as overload, stall, phase loss and grounding occur, the device outputs trip commands within milliseconds, latches fault information and uploads alarms to isolate faulty equipment and ensure system safety. Real-time self-diagnosis ensures reliable operation of the protection device itself.
V. Application Scenarios
1. Protection and control of auxiliary motors in thermal power and hydropower plants.
2. Industrial pump, fan and compressor motor protection in chemical and petrochemical plants.
3. Heavy-duty equipment motor monitoring in metallurgy and mining industries.
4. Water treatment and HVAC system motor intelligent control.
5. Intelligent renovation of old distribution rooms to realize integrated motor circuit management.
