IV. Working Principle

After power-on self-check and calibration, the module enters real-time monitoring mode. Three independent channels collect rotor speed pulse signals, which are filtered, shaped and converted into accurate speed values. The hardware voting unit compares three groups of data in real time. Once two or more channels detect overspeed exceeding the threshold, the module immediately triggers the relay trip output to start the ETS emergency shutdown loop and latch the fault state.
Single-channel abnormal signals are automatically shielded to maintain normal protection function. Dual power supplies realize seamless switching to ensure continuous operation. The PID algorithm performs closed-loop speed regulation during normal operation, and all operating data and fault events are timestamped and stored for traceability and compliance filing.
