3. Working Principle
- Power-on Initialization & Voltage Stabilization: After connected to AC380V~690V industrial power grid, the module starts hardware self-inspection, verifies the integrity of input loops, voltage stabilization circuits and drive chips, initializes internal parameters, starts multi-channel regulated output in order, and enters normal operation after voltage stabilization.
- High-voltage Isolation & Conversion: The built-in isolated step-down circuit converts industrial high-voltage AC into multi-channel pure DC voltage. After multi-stage filtering, voltage regulation and shaping, it eliminates grid ripple, surge and frequency conversion interference to output high-precision stable DC power.
- Multi-channel Load Power Supply Output: The 24V DC high-current channel provides centralized power supply for frequency conversion main control boards, fans, relays and switch loops; the isolated ±15V DC channel provides high-precision reference power for sensors, signal sampling and operational conditioning loops to ensure zero-drift signal acquisition.
- IGCT/Thyristor Pulse Drive: It receives digital control pulse signals from the upper frequency conversion main control, amplifies power, calibrates timing and isolates drive, then outputs precise gate trigger pulses to control the ordered turn-on and turn-off of IGCTs and high-power thyristors, realizing power conversion and speed regulation of high-voltage frequency conversion systems.
- Real-time Monitoring & Fault Protection: It collects real-time data of output voltage, current, module temperature and pulse status. Once abnormalities such as over-current, over-voltage, short circuit and over-temperature are detected, it immediately triggers hardware self-locking protection, cuts off drive output and power supply loops, stores fault logs and uploads alarm signals to prevent power device breakdown and equipment shutdown.
- Short-time Overload Fault-tolerant Operation: Supports 110A overload output for 30s during equipment start-up and load mutation, adapting to instantaneous impact load of frequency conversion equipment and ensuring stable start-stop operation.
