IV. Working Principle


After 24VDC power-on, the module completes self-test of power supply, backplane bus and all 31 input channels, then waits for configuration parameters from the main controller. Constant current excitation is provided for Pt100 sensors, and analog signals are filtered, isolated and converted to digital values via 16-bit ADC with lead resistance compensation. Process data and fault status are uploaded cyclically to the upper controller via backplane bus; HART digital data can be parsed with optional communication modules. Single-channel faults trigger local latch and remote alarm, and normal operation can be restored via remote reset after troubleshooting.
