IV. Working Principle

After power-on, the device automatically completes hardware self-inspection, sampling loop verification and communication initialization, and enters standby monitoring state after passing self-inspection. The dual channels synchronously collect real-time voltage, frequency and phase parameters of the system bus and standby generator, and the built-in processor calculates and compares parameter differences at high speed.
When frequency difference, voltage difference or phase difference is detected, the device automatically outputs speed increase/decrease and voltage increase/decrease adjustment pulses according to preset logic and unit characteristics, driving the unit speed regulation and excitation systems to correct operating parameters and gradually reduce parameter deviations.
The device continuously predicts the phase change trend and accurately captures the optimal closing advance angle. When frequency difference, voltage difference and phase difference all meet the synchronization threshold and dual-channel voting is consistent, it instantly outputs closing relay commands to drive the circuit breaker to complete grid connection.
After grid connection, the device automatically resets adjustment outputs and enters standby state, recording the full data of this grid connection.
