IV. Working Principle


After the base is powered by DC 24~48VDC, the internal isolated power circuit completes self-inspection, and two independent regulated power loops supply power to the primary and standby CRBX01 communication modules respectively. The integral metal shell is reliably connected to the grounding busbar to realize equipotential anti-interference protection.
The gold-plated backplane bus completes bidirectional high-speed transmission of Ethernet signals and equipment status sampling signals between the two communication modules and the control system, and uploads the operating parameters of the two power loops to the upper configuration software for real-time fault diagnosis.
Once any power loop has overcurrent, short-circuit or reverse connection fault, the protection circuit cuts off the faulty channel immediately and sends an alarm, while the other channel continues to maintain normal communication. The system can switch to the standby communication link within milliseconds to ensure the continuity of DCS data interaction. Maintenance personnel can hot-swap the faulty communication module under redundant operating status, and the new module will automatically complete power supply and signal synchronization after installation to rejoin the redundant network.
