4. Operating Principle
The TRICONEX 3503EC1 operates based on TMR triple redundant synchronous acquisition, 2-out-of-3 fault-tolerant voting, gamma electrical isolation and millisecond-level intelligent self-diagnosis. On-site switch signals such as valve feedback, relay contacts and interlock switches are isolated, filtered and shaped before synchronous collection by three independent redundant channels.
The module judges signal status through 2-out-of-3 voting logic to ensure accurate and effective input data for SIS controller safety logic operation. Single-channel faults are automatically shielded without data distortion or logic disturbance, fundamentally eliminating single-point failure risks.
