This precisely stabilizes the excitation output current, suppresses magnetic field drift caused by grid voltage fluctuation and load disturbance, and enables automatic switching between constant excitation and field-weakening speed regulation modes. A precision potentiometer is onboard for on-site fine-tuning of the excitation zero offset reference and maximum output limit parameters.


2. Drive Pulse & Power Coupling Unit

Equipped with dual isolated pulse transformers and varistor surge suppression circuits, it amplifies weak control signals to drive the thyristor rectifier circuit on the downstream 058719-32 power board. An integrated RC snubber network absorbs switching voltage spikes to prevent thyristor overvoltage breakdown and damage to the power board.


3. Fault Detection & Interlock Reporting Unit

3. Status Indication & Hardware Reinforcement Unit

Two red LED fault indicator lamps on the front panel provide visual indication of power readiness and overcurrent faults. A reinforced metal backplate is installed on the rear side to improve vibration resistance and heat dissipation.
