IV. Working Principle


After 24VDC power is supplied, the governor outputs 0–200mA proportional current according to the deviation between actual and set speed. The electromagnetic coil generates driving force to push the actuator rod outward to adjust fuel opening. The onboard LVDT sensor transmits real-time stroke data back to the governor for closed-loop position correction to eliminate regulation error. Once power or control signal fails, the built-in return spring retracts the rod to the minimum fuel position to shut down the unit safely.
