IV. Working Principle


After the module is connected to cabinet power supply, internal high-frequency rectification & filtering, electrical isolation and precision voltage regulation conversion circuits convert fluctuating industrial mains power into multiple low-ripple, high-precision and mutually isolated DC regulated power supplies, delivering stable and clean operating power to the master control, signal conditioning, power drive and communication modules inside the EX2100E excitation rack. It supports parallel redundant operation of two modules: the system automatically distributes load power and compares operating conditions of the two power supplies in real time.
