3. Working Principle
- Power-on Initialization & Self-test: After power-on, the device automatically conducts full-dimensional self-inspection of hardware circuits, sampling chips, communication ports and storage units, loads preset protection settings and control logic, and enters normal monitoring operation after passing self-test.
- Real-time Electrical Parameter Acquisition & Monitoring: Continuously collects core electrical parameters such as line three-phase current, bus voltage and frequency. High-precision sampling chips complete signal filtering, calibration and conversion to monitor line operating conditions in real time and capture tiny parameter fluctuations.
- Fault Logic Judgment & Protection Action: Built-in power protection algorithms compare real-time operating parameters with preset setting values to accurately identify faults such as short circuit, overload, ground fault and voltage abnormality. When faults occur, instantaneous or delayed tripping commands are output according to hierarchical protection logic to quickly cut off faulty circuits and isolate fault points.
- Status Signal Acquisition & Logic Interlock: Collects on-site switch, isolating switch and external equipment status signals through binary input ports, and completes electrical interlock, alarm prompt and status lockout combined with internal logic to avoid misoperation and equipment linkage faults.
- Data Recording & Fault Wave Recording: Records real-time operating data and operation events during normal operation; automatically starts wave recording at the moment of fault, completely recording pre-fault and post-fault waveforms, parameter time series and action information to support fault analysis and setting optimization.
- Remote Communication & Operation Maintenance: Establishes communication with upper SCADA and DCS systems through RS485 bus, uploads operating data, fault alarms and equipment status in real time, and receives remote setting modification, switching control and parameter query commands to realize unattended intelligent operation and maintenance.
