3. Working Principle


  1. Standby Initialization: After 24V DC power-on, the coil remains de-energized and all contacts stay open, entering a safe standby state waiting for control commands from the upper PLC/DCS system.
  2. Control Signal Reception: The module receives NPN/PNP differential control signals, energizing the coil and generating electromagnetic suction to drive the internal mechanical structure.
  3. Contact Closing & Conduction: Driven by electromagnetic force, the normally open contacts close rapidly, connecting the rear load and interlock loops to realize indirect control of high-power equipment via weak current signals.
