IV. Working Principle


The main control unit outputs six complementary SPWM pulses transmitted to the drive board. After optocoupler isolation and power amplification, ±15V gate driving voltage is output to control the on/off of three-phase IGBTs for DC-AC inversion. During operation, the DESAT circuit monitors IGBT conduction voltage in real time; once a short-circuit fault is detected, all drive pulses are immediately blocked, the fault status is latched and uploaded to the main controller, and the inverter executes safety shutdown. Fault lock can be cleared by power cycle after troubleshooting.
