4. Operating Principle
The WOODWARD 5233-2089 realizes full-process closed-loop automatic control based on high-precision signal acquisition, dynamic PID operation, programmable logic output and bus linkage control. On-site process signals such as speed, pressure and flow are converted into standard electrical signals, which are preprocessed by filtering, shaping and range conversion to eliminate on-site interference and obtain accurate real-time operating data.
The 32-bit high-speed processor compares the measured value with the set value, dynamically calculates the optimal output through the adaptive PID algorithm, and adjusts the output state in real time according to load changes. It drives actuators and regulating equipment to correct process deviations, realizing stable speed control, balanced load and steady-state process parameters of power equipment. The built-in dynamic compensation mechanism effectively suppresses equipment oscillation and overshoot under fluctuating working conditions.
