4. Product Functions and Features
Intelligent Parallel Load Sharing for Multiple Units Ensures Stable and Reliable Redundant Power Supply
Relying on the CAN bus, up to 32 generator sets can operate synchronously on the grid with precise balanced distribution of active and reactive loads. The system automatically starts and stops standby units according to grid load, and supports bus tie switch and bidirectional mains switching logic. It rapidly switches power supply to generators upon mains undervoltage or loss, and smoothly synchronizes back to the mains upon power restoration to avoid power outages for critical loads.
Dual Comprehensive Protection for Engine and Generator Prevents Severe Equipment Damage
It integrates more than 20 hardware and software protection functions including overspeed, underspeed, overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, overcurrent, reverse power, three-phase unbalance, excitation fault, low oil pressure and high coolant temperature. The controller immediately trips and shuts down the unit, latches fault codes and triggers remote alarms once a fault occurs, effectively preventing catastrophic failures such as generator burnout and engine cylinder scuffing, complying with high-reliability power safety standards for data centers, vessels and other facilities.
High-precision True RMS Sampling Delivers Stable Measurement Under Distorted Harmonic Grids
Adopting true RMS voltage and current sampling algorithms, it resists harmonic interference generated by frequency converters and non-linear loads to accurately measure electrical parameters under distorted grid conditions. It ensures precise adjustment of phase, frequency and voltage differences during synchronous paralleling, eliminating impulse short circuits and unit oscillation caused by asynchronous grid connection.
Multi-protocol Networking Supports Intelligent Centralized Remote Operation & Maintenance for the Whole Plant
Compatible with mainstream industrial communication protocols, it enables rapid parameter copying via local USB for batch commissioning of multiple units, as well as remote start/stop, parameter modification, real-time operating data collection and proactive fault uploading via Ethernet and RS485 connected to host monitoring systems. Event logs can be remotely exported and archived to realize unattended centralized power station management.
Multi-level Access Permission & Mass Event Logging Meet Power Supply Safety Compliance Audit Requirements
Administrator, maintenance and operator multi-level password permissions prevent malicious tampering of critical grid paralleling and protection parameters. The local memory stores over 300 timestamped records of operating events, alarms and operations, enabling complete traceability of fault root causes and personnel operations to satisfy safety compliance audit requirements for power and maritime industries.
Wide-temperature Dust-proof Industrial Design Enables Long-term Maintenance-free Stable Operation in Harsh Conditions
5. Applicable Working Conditions and Application Scenarios
