Description
I. Basic Information
Function: It receives two redundant 24/28VDC DC power inputs, distributes isolated control power and wetting power to CPU, I/O modules and communication boards in the control cabinet. It is equipped with AC power signal sampling and multi-level overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection circuits. Cooperated with PPDA feedback module, it realizes real-time monitoring, fault alarm and status diagnosis of all power supply loops. The board is certified for Class I Div2 hazardous locations, widely used in gas turbine, steam turbine and generator set control systems in power plants and petrochemical industries.
II. Hardware Structure
- Dual redundant DC power input circuit with maximum total input current of 40A, realizing seamless power switching to ensure uninterrupted power supply of the control system.
- Multi-channel isolated distribution output unit, each loop is equipped with independent fuse and varistor surge suppression components to realize fault isolation of single branch load.
- High-precision voltage sampling and fault diagnosis circuit, which collects bus voltage, fuse status and external AC distribution signals, and uploads fault information to the upper control system for early warning and location.
- 2 groups of 96-pin high-density connectors and 2 groups of 6-pin anti-vibration aviation plugs, supporting daisy-chain cascading of multiple boards for power capacity expansion.
- On-board LED status indicators to visually display power supply operation, fuse fault and abnormal AC input status for rapid on-site troubleshooting.
