IV. Working Principle


  1. Power-on Self-test & Initialization: After DC24V power-on, the unit executes self-check on hardware, touch panel and communication ports, loads Panel Builder configuration project and synchronizes onboard RTC clock.
  2. Multi-link Data Collection: Collects real-time current, pressure, temperature and equipment status data from AC800M controllers and field instruments via parallel Ethernet and serial communication links.
  3. Screen Calculation & Display: CPU refreshes configured graphic screens and real-time trends; automatically triggers pop-up alarms upon parameter over-limit and locally records fault occurrence time and measured values.
  4. Local Command Issuance: Operators send start/stop and parameter modification orders via touch operation; commands are transmitted down to DCS/PLC through communication links to realize field equipment control.
  5. Local Data Storage & External Export: Alarms, operation logs and recipes are stored in onboard Flash memory and can be exported via USB or SD card for production traceability.
