IV. Working Principle


After DC power-on, the module reads pre-configured node address and baud rate via DIP switch, completes self-test of power supply, CAN transceiver and DDCS fiber link, initializes CANopen protocol stack and waits for network access. Bidirectional data interaction is realized between the drive main controller and CAN master station through fiber and differential bus. The hardware watchdog monitors program operation; once communication or hardware fault occurs, fault latch is triggered with emergency alarm uploaded, and normal communication can be restored after troubleshooting and module reset.
