IV. Working Principle


After DC24V power-on and self-check of display, keypad and communication circuits, the panel loads local HMI project and establishes communication handshake with AC800M controller via preset IP and protocol. It cyclically reads process data for screen refresh, uploads field operation commands to the controller through key triggering, and automatically caches alarm and operation events to local non-volatile memory. After fault elimination, alarm reset and screen switching can restore normal local monitoring function.
