IV. Working Principle
After DC24V power-on and self-check of display, touch and communication circuits, the panel loads local HMI project and establishes communication handshake with AC800M controller via preset IP and protocol. It cyclically reads process data for screen refresh, uploads field touch operation commands to the controller, and automatically caches alarm and operation events to local non-volatile memory. After fault elimination, alarm reset can restore normal local monitoring function.
