The Bently Nevada 1900/65A companion display/keypad panel (Part No. 167699-02) is an optional local human-machine interface (HMI) for the 1900/65A general-purpose equipment monitor. It is used for on-site viewing of monitoring data, parameter configuration, and diagnostic execution. Dedicated cables (PVC or TEF type) are required for remote installation to ensure stable signal transmission.
2. Wiring & Power Supply
- No independent power supply needed; powered by the 1900/65A main unit via internal bus (18–36 VDC).
- Buffered outputs of the panel must correspond to main unit channels to avoid signal confusion.
3. Maintenance & Calibration
- Regular inspection of LCD and key sensitivity, and cleaning of dust and oil from the panel.
- For malfunctions, use main unit diagnostics first; replace the panel assembly if necessary.
