IV. Working Principle


After power-on self-test, the controller loads preset control parameters and enters real-time operation mode. It collects speed, pressure, temperature and switch status signals via isolated acquisition channels, executes PID closed-loop operation according to the set operating curve, and outputs analog commands to adjust the steam valve opening for speed and load stabilization. Once safety threshold is exceeded, the controller immediately trips the unit via hard relay contacts and stores fault events and waveform data. It supports local HMI operation and remote parameter control via industrial communication buses, and all operation and fault records are saved locally for maintenance and safety analysis.
