IV. Working Principle
After power-on self-test, the device loads protection settings and control logic, synchronously collects analog electrical signals and digital status signals through CT/PT and field sensors. The built-in DSP and motor thermal model calculate real-time operating parameters and compare them with protection thresholds. Once abnormal conditions are detected, the device outputs trip commands within milliseconds to isolate faults, stores fault waveforms and timestamped events, and uploads alarm information to the upper monitoring system. During normal operation, real-time operating data is uploaded cyclically to realize remote monitoring and parameter management, and all operation and fault records are stored locally for subsequent maintenance and accident analysis.
