It receives analog control signals from upper controllers or remote control commands via Profibus bus, and outputs three-phase PWM power to drive servo motors. 3. Working Principle
- Equipment Initialization & Parameter ConfigurationAfter power-on, the auxiliary power supply generates control circuit voltage from DC bus and completes self-check and initialization. Operators can set parameters on site through PCB adjustment interfaces, or remotely configure motor rated current, PI parameters, command input range, communication parameters and other items via Profibus bus to match motor characteristics and actual working conditions.
- Command & Feedback CollectionControl commands can be received in two ways: one is ±10V analog commands sent by upper controllers and transmitted to the control unit through differential input ports; the other is remote control commands received via Profibus bus. Meanwhile, real-time RLG/tachometer feedback signals are sent back from motors, filtered and amplified by detection units to collect accurate motor speed and position data, providing reliable data support for closed-loop regulation.
