3. Working Principle
- Power-on Initialization & Self-test: After 24V DC power-on, the module automatically completes hardware self-inspection, Ethernet communication initialization, I/O channel detection and system bus handshake, and enters remote I/O standby state after normal self-test.
- Distributed On-site Signal Acquisition: Collects on-site switching value, analog value and high-frequency pulse process signals nearby, and filters on-site electromagnetic interference and clutter through front-end isolation circuits to restore pure original signals.
- High-speed Signal Processing: Adopting a 35kHz high-speed response chip, it performs real-time sampling, shaping, operation and standardized processing on high-frequency process signals and fast-changing measurement points to ensure high precision of high-speed process loop control.
