IV. Working Principle


After 24VDC power-on, the module completes power supply, backplane bus and 8-channel hardware self-test. Once passed, it waits for configuration parameters from the main controller. Digital control values transmitted via backplane bus are converted into analog voltage/current signals by DAC chips, conditioned through filter and isolation circuits and output to field actuators. Once short-circuit or overload faults are detected, the faulty channel enters self-locking protection with fault status uploaded remotely; other isolated channels keep normal operation, and function can be restored via remote fault reset after on-site troubleshooting.
