IV. Working Principle
After power-on and self-inspection, the module collects core operating parameters including generator terminal voltage, excitation current, stator current and grid frequency through isolated acquisition circuits, and locks the grid reference phase via the hardware PLL unit. The high-speed processor calculates excitation adjustment commands in real time through closed-loop PID algorithm according to parameter deviation, and outputs control signals to the rear excitation power unit to dynamically adjust excitation current and stabilize generator voltage and reactive power.
