IV. Working Principle


After the module is connected to AC 110~240V industrial power supply, the internal voltage regulation and filter circuit stabilizes voltage and eliminates noise, so as to provide stable and clean power for main control and I/O modules in the rack. Meanwhile, it collects various on-site analog and digital signals in real time. After isolation, amplification and waveform shaping, standard signals are transmitted to the main CPU of the system.
During operation, the module continuously monitors power supply status, circuit conditions and signal quality, and performs real-time data exchange and logic matching. Once abnormal voltage, circuit overload or signal failure is detected, the hardware protection mechanism will be triggered immediately to lock the output and send fault alarms. It works with system interlock protection to prevent damage to rear equipment and ensure safe and stable operation of the entire power control system.
