3. Hardware Design & Structural Details
PCB & Material: Adopts industrial flame-retardant PCB with reinforced enclosure. Vibration resistant (3g) and wide-temperature tolerant, suitable for long-term continuous operation in industrial sites.
Structural Layout
- Input Area: 2 vibration sensor interfaces + 1 speed interface with anti-misconnection design for easy wiring.
- Display Area: LCD screen (parameter / status display) + LED indicators (Power / Alarm / Communication) for local visual operation and maintenance.
- Interface Area: Neatly arranged Ethernet port, SPA interface, BNC buffered outputs, relay terminals and power terminals for convenient wiring layout.
Anti-interference Design: Built-in EMI filtering, signal isolation and short-circuit protection to effectively suppress industrial electromagnetic interference and ensure stable signal transmission.
4. Working Principle & Signal Flow
- Signal Access: Vibration sensors (Acceleration / Velocity / Displacement) collect equipment vibration signals; the speed probe acquires shaft speed and key phase signals, which are synchronously transmitted into the monitor.
- Signal Processing: Analog signals are conditioned through filtering, amplification and analog-to-digital conversion. 24-bit ADC high-precision sampling extracts key parameters such as vibration peak, RMS and peak-to-peak value.
- Logic Judgment & Alarm: Real-time monitored data is compared with preset thresholds. Once exceeding limits, relay alarms are triggered to output Alert / Danger signals.
- Data Output & Integration: Vibration and speed data are uploaded to System 1® via the SPA interface, connected to DCS through Ethernet, and exported via BNC ports for analysis by portable diagnostic instruments.
- Configuration & Maintenance: Remote parameter configuration and sensor calibration are realized through BNMC software. Local data viewing and alarm reset can be performed via the LCD screen.
5. Key Features & Advantages
- Cost-effective Monitoring: Realizes vibration protection for critical equipment at low cost, filling the gap between large-scale monitoring systems and simple transmitters.
- Full-parameter Vibration Monitoring: Covers acceleration, velocity, displacement and rotational speed to evaluate equipment health status from multiple dimensions.
- Seamless System Integration: Natively supports the System 1® platform, able to connect to existing equipment management systems for unified data analysis and early warning.
- Industrial-grade Reliability: Wide temperature tolerance, vibration resistance and EMC compliance adapt to harsh industrial environments with excellent MTBF performance.
- Flexible Installation & O&M: Supports panel and DIN rail mounting; local display plus remote configuration reduces deployment and maintenance costs.
6. Application Scenarios
- Power Industry: Vibration monitoring and protection for power plant fans, pump sets, small steam turbines and auxiliary motors.
- Oil & Gas Industry: Condition monitoring of compressors, pumps, centrifuges and conveying equipment to ensure continuous production.
- Manufacturing & Metallurgy: Vibration monitoring of production line motors, reducers, machine tool spindles and fans to reduce unplanned downtime.
