IV. Working Principle


After 24VDC power-on, the unit completes full hardware self-test of power supply, fieldbus and all input/output channels. Once passed, the RUN and COMM indicators light up and wait for configuration parameters from the main controller.
Field analog signals are filtered, isolated and converted into digital values via ADC; digital contact status is collected through opto-isolated DI channels. The main controller sends regulatory and interlock instructions via fieldbus, which are converted to analog output or relay switch signals to drive field actuators.
All process values, channel status and fault information are uploaded cyclically to the central controller. Single-channel faults trigger local LED alarm and remote fault tag upload, while other isolated channels keep normal operation and automatically recover after fault elimination.
